KBOI, the CBS station in Boise ID, came out to cover the Meridian Fire Department's demo of their new firefighter air replenishment system (FARS). Meridian is the first city in the state to require FARS in high-rise buildings, and FARS will be installed in the new Union 93 project currently in development. The FARS system was recently installed in MFD's training tower, thanks to a donation from the Firefighter Air Coalition.
